This action will create a loose outline of glitter around any image, in your choice of 5 different shapes--round, heart, star, flower or confetti. It works well on shapes and text. You can make gold, silver, or any other color glitter with this action. The glitter outline and your element remain on separate layers at the end of the action so you can use the outline by itself if you wish. Action was created and optimized for 300 resolution, and will work in Photoshop CS and up. It will work in international versions of Photoshop.
