Scrappy Cats - Ribbon Frame Photoshop Action

This Photoshop Action takes  your paper and creates a ribbon frame with it. The final product will frame a 5 inch by 7 inch photo. There are two actions, the first stitches one row of stitches around the ribbon frame, the second stitches two rows. It is tested and guaranteed only for CS2-4. Commercial Use OK.
