Credits: This is part 1 of a 2 page layout I created from scratch, scraplifted from a layout by Katie Pertiet.


Most of the photos are mine, a few are from http://www.sxc.hu


The Hong Kong panorama photo across the bottom of the layout was taken by a friend, altho I added the fireworks in. My Mother and I were in Hong Kong for the Spring Festival, 2006, when I adopted my second daughter. We saw amazing fireworks over this exact skyline.. but my old camera wasn't up to capturing those shots!!


These two pages are guaranteed to bring tears to my mother's eyes.. she loves Hong Kong and has been there many, many times... but this was the Last Time for her.... she is in her seventies and in poor health...

Awesome...love how the blocks hold maybe one photo, and then some hold only part of a photo. LOL
