Thanks Kathy, that is the way that I have been trying to do it & not succeeding [smilie=banghead.gif]

It comes up with an error in an exclaimation mark in a triangle [smilie=dft004.gif]

I will try on Wednesday when we go out at the computer caf'e - sorry for the delay everyone [smilie=icon_confused.gif]
