"Include it All Layout Challenge"

March: Get a free Mini Kit in exchange for a layout

You will receive, a free mini kit if you promise to create a layout and post it in our Challenge Gallery

This challenge will be monthly, so don't forget to come back to play again.


Due date is: 30 March

Challenge: Please use ALL the pieces in the kit provided, make one layout, and post it in our Challenge Gallery
The rules are simple:
1. You must use everything in the kit provided, any piece may be used more than once, but all pieces must be used at least once.
2. You may not use anything not included in this kit.
3. You can use cutouts or shape the papers; you may also use a template, but please remember to give credit to the designers.
4. Use as many photos as you wish this month.

PREVIEW INSTRUCTIONS: Save your layout on your computer in 300 ppi – this is good print quality. Now make a preview, renaming it to keep your original. The gallery size is 500x500 pixels, at 72 dpi (keeps the size down for the forum/gallery) in JPG format.
I use Photoshop and this how I do it: Open your image, in the top menu bar pick “Image”. In the drop down menu choose “ image size”. In the pop up box change Resolution to 72ppi, the width and height to 500 pixels. Make sure the following boxes are ticked; scale styles, constrain proportions and resample image. Hit OK and save your preview, remember to rename it so that it does not overwrite your original layout.

Now, post your preview and remember to give credit where it is due!

Life In The Canyon

I live in the semi-arid southwestern US. As soon as I saw the rugged tan paper, I immediately thought of the canyons around here and the life that flourishes there. So my layout is all about life surviving deep in the canyons. I hope you like this rendition of that theme.

I would love to play again.
