Well i am having roast pork ( Tesco had pork leg for £4.00 a kilo today)with roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrot sticks, cabbage, sweetcorn and green beans(hubby, hates cabbage), gravy and apple sauce. followed by if we can manage, or maybe for supper if we can't. New York Cheesecake from here http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2869 ... cheesecake. It has to be the best recipe for dessert I have ever made, even above my lemon meringue and Eves pudding. I love cooking. What are you having this weekend?

Hope you are still enjoying it Jodii, we have loads of Pork left and I think I will find a recipe to make something chinesey with it for tonight.
Love the sound of slow cooker ham. hubby hates ham!?? He likes bacon, but won't eat gammon or ham, weird but then we all have our likes and dislikes. I made tomato and ham casserole in my slow cooker just for me. Just ham a tin of tommies and a veg stock cube, served it with mash yummy economical meal. (Used gammon trim)
