You know I HATE this kinda stuff!! LOL
Your favourite thing of all time: Chocolate, chocolate, and chocolate!!
Singer/Band: I like country, easy listening and Praise music. I have been singing in our Praise Band (named Ps. 98) for about a year now and really enjoy it.
Your favourite thing to create: Anything on my computer!
Why?: I really enjoy creating on my computer…no games for this gal, they are just too frustrating! LOL Give me something constructive to do or make and I am happy. I have done our local fair book for 11 years now (100 plus pages with ads and fair information), I dabble in web page design, I have a Yahoo Group called ScrapKitChallenge where a group of us design a kit every month, I try to keep a blog going and other various things.
What it’s like to be at DSS? I have really enjoyed being on this team and am learning a lot as well as sharing some of my talents (I hope!). Thanks Nancy for a great opportunity!
A DSS Designer you admire: I have not gotten to know the designers that well, I have only been here about two months and have concentrated on getting my own items in the store and learning the ropes of being a designer myself. I am sure all the ladies are terrific designers or they wouldn’t be here!!
Other DigiScrap Designer you admire: I admire anyone who takes the challenge to design and get their items out there for others to look at and download (as freebies) or purchase. It has become a pretty tough market out there and I fear will only get tougher!
Okay, my toughest chore for the day is done!! LOL
The designers at DigiScrapStation have teamed up and started a new Designer Digi Train RAK ! So stop by and check it out! Lots of great freebies to be found in our store as well! And just for fun I have put together a set of brag book pages from my Midnight Garden kit just for our readers! Click the image to download and thanks for being a part of the DigiScrap Station family!

This week our freebie is brought to you by Kelly of Late Night Scraps!
Go check her stuff out instore!
All for now!

Your favourite thing of all time: My favorite thing of all time is a good book I can snuggle down and lose myself in.
Singer/Band: I don’t really have a favorite band although I always enjoy Glen Miller. I know it makes me sound ancient but I’m not.lol I also like a band here called Texas.
Your favourite thing to create: I love to create digital elements. In particular flowers.
Why?: I have a love of natural things and flowers in particular, it amazes me when I look at the detail involved in even the most tiny flower .
What it’s like to be at DSS? I enjoy the challenge of being in a new community at the beginning. Working with others with enthusiasm and Nancy is so kind.
A DSS Designer you admire: I love to look at the work of all the designers and would have to say that I enjoy looking at Handmaids Designs, I have followed her work and it is excellent quality, not a stray pixel here!!
Other DigiScrap Designer you admire: I Love Lorie M’s design and also Cen’s Stuff both sell out of scrapping Digi Kreations as well as other Stores Lorie creates beautiful embellishments and Cen’s work is that of an illustrator, I would love to combine the two styles. In fact I aspire to it.

Something a little different than last month. Look at this jumbled mess!

2 Scrapping Hints
1. Always use dropshadows without then layouts are flat.
2. Don’t forget that your picture should be the focus and that wonderful new kit you bought is only there to enhance it.

Your favourite thing of all time: A good book in a cozy recliner
Singer/Band: Almost anything with a hi hoppy beat. lol
Your favourite thing to create: I dont really have anything in particular yet but I do enjoy making things in pinks and purples. For some reason almost every kit I find myself wanting to add some of those colors lol
Why?: I feel like its probably because those are 2 of my favorite colors.
What it’s like to be at DSS? I was thrilled to be accepted here since I was a newbie at making scraps. I have enjoyed meeting such a wonderful group of ladies that continue to amaze me! I have to agree with what Nancy said the stress level is non existant here and everybody just lets you work at your own pace and I like that about it here.
A DSS Designer you admire: I would really have a hard time choosing just one designer here because there are so many things I admire and enjoy about each of our designers.
Sometimes its hard seeing us as individual designers even though we each do our own thing because it seems we have joined together really well as a group and I really enjoy that about this group.
I would like to say I have the utmost admiration for our Nancy though for all she has provided and laid out for us to take advantage of. And in closing just to our designers in general each of you inspire me to create more and I thank you for that!
Other DigiScrap Designer you admire: Again to many to add but I have always loved Kay Miller, Princess Sophie, Aimee Designs, Scrappin Diva, and Gail from Aussie Scraps
Why?: I adore there kits and they really inspire me to want to create.

Your favourite thing of all time: cups of tea. I think it’s an association thing - as a family we’d drink pots of the stuff and talk. My Dad always said a cup of tea fixed everything. What I didn’t realise until I was older was that the time taken to make a brew and then drink it - was a breathing space or time out from your woes , a space where you collect yourself and more often than not, come to a solution. Whenever anyone came to door, the kettle would go on. ‘Do you want a cuppa?/Shall we have a cuppa?/Time for a cuppa!/Oh hello! I’ll put the jug on!’ It’s something I still do and my kids do it to. Of course, today we are up with the times and will offer coffee, milo & cold drinks. The kettle is long gone and the pots are ornaments because now we are modern and use a jug and teabags, lol.
Singer/Band:Gladys Knight. I think the most intriguing singers are the ones where you can’t tell if they’re male or female when you listen to them. Mantovani & James Last (swoon!)
Your favourite thing to create: frames
Why?:Just a buzz I’m on at the moment. It’ll be different next week, lol.
What’s it like to be at DSS? Can’t believe my luck, this place is a dream. If you get a chance to be at DSS, you should go for it!
A DSS Designer you admire: This changes all the time for me, like how your style changes but I’d have to say ‘Heavenly Scraps’ right this minute
Why?: Well, she’s prolific and has a wide range and style of goodies.
Other DigiScrap Designer you admire: Lauren Bevan
Why?: I spotted her some years back when I knew nothing about graphics, and continued to be amazed as time went on. I actually contacted her some time back when I was studying and she was so sweet! Oh! And she’s a Kiwi.
